Terms & Conditions

1. The entrants enter this giveaway by 31st July 2019 23:59pm. Entry is open internationally to everyone except employees (and their families) of Integnity Ltd. (UK), its contractors and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.

2. The entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.

3. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Only one entry per person is allowed. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. 

4. The winners must reply within 5 days of Integnity Ltd representative contacting them regarding the arrangement of postage of the prizes. It the winner does not reply within the stated time, Integnity Ltd reserves the right to contact new winner instead.

5. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

7. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

8. The winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.

9. Integnity Ltd reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

10. In the event of a prize being unavailable or winner’s shipping address renders the postage and other import fees unreasonably expensive, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

11. The winner agrees to the use of their name and disclosure of country of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Integnity Ltd. (UK) relating to any post-winning publicity.

12. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.

13. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

14. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

15. Confirmation of the prize will also be made in writing to the winner(s).

16. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

17. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

18. The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material.

19. The Promoter is Integnity Ltd., Suite 10, 6 St Peter’s Street, St Albans, AL1 3LF, United Kingdom.

20. All third-party brands are property of their respective owners and in no way associated with Integnity or this competition.

21. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
